Frequently Asked Questions for Tebuske 'Longjing 43': Härdig sort (Camellia sinensis var. sinensis) 40-50 cm Ätbara Blomknoppar and the sap from the P-FIK.'BORNHOLM'-60/80-465
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
If someone else manages the order, confirm that they understand the proposed outcome. Keep any unresolved question explicit rather than assuming it was included automatically.
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Check whether you used a different contact address for this purchase. Retain the recovered confirmation in a place you can locate later.
What should I check when changing marketing message preferences after a purchase?
Avoid deleting purchase confirmations simply because you no longer want promotions. Do not interpret fewer promotional messages as a change in order status.
