Brief
Through the 8th Yeniden Gelecek Summit, YenidenBiz aimed to highlight its 10-year journey and contribution to women’s employment, bring the return of women who have taken career breaks back onto the public agenda, and share the findings of the “YenidenBiz Women on Career Breaks” research, conducted in collaboration with IPSOS Türkiye, with key stakeholders.
Solution
We managed a comprehensive event organization and communications process for the 8th Yeniden Gelecek Summit, held at Sabancı Center. Media representatives covering business, economy, and human resources were invited to the event, which featured inspiring speeches, leadership sessions, and panels focusing on the future of work.
One of the key highlights of the summit was the first public presentation of the research conducted in collaboration with IPSOS Türkiye. The findings revealed that 97% of women who had taken a career break wanted to return to work and continued to develop their digital skills.
